unique blend is both complex and resilient.
Sauvignon-Chardonnay Ideal with spicy, hot curry dishes such as Jalfrezi, Vindaloo, Madras, Ceylon and Malayan. Serving temperature: 8° - 10°C.

Balti Medium Dry White
A light, elegant, fresh wine with a delicate aroma, balanced acidity and rounded palate.
Chenin-Chardonnay Specially blended to complement mild curry dishes such as Tandoori, Peshwari, Karai, Korma and Biryani. Serving temperature: 10°- 12°C.

Balti Medium White
A harmonic wine with a distinctive colour, a subtle aroma and a
particularly soft and fruity flavour.
Ugni Blanc -Chardonnay An ideal accompaniment to medium spiced dishes such as Balti,
Karai, Kashmir, Malay, Bhuna, Dopiaza, Rogan, Dhansak and Pathia dishes. Serving temperature: 8° - 10°C.


Balti Light Fruity Red
This ruby-red wine, with its soft, persistent aroma and delicate,
woody bouquet is finished with a rounded, velvety flavour.
Bonarda and Malbec Complements mild dishes such as Tandoori, Peshwari, Karai, Korma, Biryani, Balti, Kashmir, Bhuna, Dopiaza and Rogan. Serving temperature: 18° - 20°C.


Balti Full Bodied Red
This wine is deep red in colour, with complex red fruits aroma and ripe tannin flavour.
Syrah and Merlot Complements Dhansak, Pathia, Jalfrezi, Vindaloo, Madras, Ceylon and Malay dishes. Serving temperature: 16° - 18°C.
