Chardonnay and Chenin Specially blended to complement mild curry dishes such as Tandoori, Peshwari, Korai, Korma and Biriani. Serving temperature: 10°- 12°C.

particularly soft and fruity flavour.
Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay
An ideal accompaniment to medium spiced dishes such as Balti,
Korai, Kashmir, Malaya, Bhuna, Dupiaza, Rougan, Dansak, and Pathia dishes. Serving temperature: 8° - 10°C.

Balti Dry White
A young fruity wine with hints of tropical and citrus fruits. This
unique blend is both complex and resilient.
Chardonnay Sauvignon Ideal with spicy, hot curry dishes such as Zalfrezi, Vindaloo, Madras, Ceylon and Malayan. Serving temperature: 8° - 10°C.


Balti Dry Red
This ruby-red wine, with its soft, persistent aroma and delicate,
woody bouquet is finished with a rounded, velvety flavour.
Bonarda and Malbec Complements mild dishes such as Tandoori, Peshwari, Korai, Korma, Biriani, Balti, Kashmir, Bhuna, Dupiaza and Rougan. Serving temperature: 18° - 20°C.


Balti Medium Dry Red
This wine is deep red in colour, with complex red fruits aroma and ripe tannin flavour.
Syrah and Merlot Complements Dansak, Pathia, Zalfrezi, Vindaloo, Madras, Ceylon and Malayan dishes. Serving temperature: 16° - 18°C.
