Obtained from the perfectly balanced combination of Bonarda and Malbec varieties this ruby-red wine, with its soft, persistent aroma and delicate, woody bouquet is finished with a rounded, velvety flavour.
The dry red complements mild dishes such as Tandoori, Peshwari, Karai, Korma, Biriani, Balti, Kashmir, Bhuna, Dopiaza and Rogan.
Best served between 18° and 20°C. |
