The Balti Wine Range consists of the five blended wines; 3 white & 2 red varieties.
Each bottle is the product of extensive taste testing in conjunction with representatives from the Food Technology Department at Manchester University and exhaustive canvassing of restaurant owners and customers (click here to read their comments).
To find the perfect blends wine tasters scoured the globe, but finally settled on a combi-nation of New World grapes, specially from Argentina. They supply the unique flavour, aroma and appearance needed for the Balti Wine Range.
